Return Policy

What is your return policy?

Items can be returned within 7 days of customer receiving order. Items can be returned if they are physically damaged (excludes dented cans on transit that have no impact on product quality), expired, or quality-compromised.

Baocart.com will issue a prepaid UPS label for customer to send items back. If returned items are deemed to not qualify for the return policy, customer will be invoiced the return shipping fee.

Items cannot be returned if the customer finds a lower price.
